When you exceed your included limits in a billing month, we automatically charge reasonable overage fees. You'll get an email at 80% of any limit so there are no surprises.

Fair-Use Policy (Organization tier)
- Up to 500 active clients per therapist without prior approval.
- Up to 150,000 messages per month per therapist.
- Reasonable use of MCP / API calls — we'll reach out before throttling.
What does NOT count against limits
- Crisis-response messages — always free.
- System messages and typing indicators.
- Therapist-only actions (config changes, reviewing conversations).
